Walk in interview for the appointments to the following <\/span>temporary position<\/span> will be held on 09th<\/sup> October 2026 from 09.30 to 12.00 noon in the Board Room of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Jaffna Ariviyalnagar, Kilinochchi<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7         <\/span><\/span>Temporary Demonstrator <\/span><\/b>in Agricultural Chemistry (Soil Science)<\/span><\/p>\n

Required Qualifications:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

1.      <\/span><\/span>A degree in Agriculture with Specialization in Soil Science with First or Second Class (Upper Division) Honours;
OR<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

2.      <\/span><\/span>A degree in Agriculture with Specialization in Soil Science with Second Class (Lower Division) Honours;

<\/span><\/p>\n

Salary and other Benefits<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

A fixed monthly salary of Rs.68,145\/-<\/b> subject to a deduction of Rs.6029\/-<\/b> as an unpaid amount, in accordance with Commission Circular No.02\/2025 <\/span>(i) dated 04.04.2025<\/span>. <\/span>In addition to the above salary, the allowances approved by University Grants Commission applicable to the posts will also be paid.<\/span><\/p>\n
