Bael fruit syrup incorporated drinking yoghurt developed by a research team from the Department of Animal Science, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Jaffna and commercialized by Mullai Milk Processing &nbsp;Industry was selected under category 1. Any food product or Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) available in the market is used as the criteria to be recognized under category 1. Dr.(Mrs.)S.
