Walk in interview for the appointments to the following temporary positions will be held on\u00a024th<\/sup> and 28th<\/sup> October 2024 from\u00a009.00 am\u00a0in the Board Room of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Jaffna Ariviyal Nagar, Kilinochchi<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Temporary Assistant Lecturer \/ Temporary Demonstrator in Agronomy\/ Animal Science\/Agricultural Biology\/Agricultural Chemistry\/Agricultural Engineering\/ Agricultural Economics<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualification:  <\/u><\/strong><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. A Degree with Specialization in the relevant subject with First or Second Class (Upper Division) Honours;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    OR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • A Degree with Specialization in the relevant subject with Second Class (Lower Division) Honours;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      OR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • (a) A Degree with Specialization in the relevant subject without Honours or any other degree with at least Second Class Honours and (b) a recognized postgraduate degree in the relevant subject.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Note: Candidates who are awaiting the results of the final degree examinations may also attend for the post of Temporary Demonstrator only.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Temporary Assistant Lecturer                                    Rs. 49,860 p.m. (Fixed)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Temporary Demonstrator                                           Rs. 40,920 p.m. (Fixed)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        In addition to the above salary, the allowances approved by University Grants Commission will also be paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Interested candidates with the required qualifications should fill the online form<\/a> before 2.00 pm on 22.10.2024<\/strong> and present for the walk-in interview for the above-mentioned posts with educational and any other relevant certificates (originals) along with certified copies, National Identity Card and duly filled application (Application Form<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
