This event was a platform to showcase the outstanding research contributions of students across various disciplines within the faculty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">A total of 14 candidates participated in the event, representing all seven disciplines (Agronomy, Animal Science, Agricultural Biology, Food science, Soil Science, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Economics), within the Faculty of Agriculture. These candidates were selected based on their outstanding performance as the best students at the department level, highlighting their exceptional research capabilities and presentation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">The research presentations were evaluated by esteemed evaluators from three prominent institutions:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Rajarata University<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Prof. A.M.J.B. Adikari,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Professor in Animal Science,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Department of Animal and Food Sciences,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Faculty of Agriculture<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Dr. Srisena,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Head and Senior Lecturer,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc Mrs. Jeyagowry Nimalan,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Dean,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Faculty of applied sciences<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span class=\"C9DxTc \">University of Jaffna<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Dear Dr.B.Keetheesan,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Head and Senior Lecturer,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Department of Civil engineering,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Faculty of Engineering<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">The presentation sessions were well-coordinated, allowing each candidate 15 minutes to present their research and 5 minutes answer questions from the evaluators.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">The evaluators provided valuable feedback to the participants, highlighting the strengths of each research project and offering suggestions for further improvement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">The Best Research Award presentation was a successful and inspiring event that celebrated the hard work and
