The outreach committee of the Faculty of Agriculture organized a workshop on ” Vermitechnology for Organic Agriculture ” in collaboration with Lanka Organic Agriculture Movement ( LOAM) on 13th of January 2022 at the Main auditorium of the Faculty of Agriculture, Ariviyal Nagar, Kilinochchi from 9.00 am-12.00 noon. The eminent scientist Professor Sultan Ismail served as the resource person from India. Around 100 participants ( Farmers from all five district of the Northern Province, Agriculture Professionals, students and staff of faculty of Agriculture) attended the workshop.
