Workshop for Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between University of Jaffna (UOJ) and Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) to develop frame work of action plan to be adopted in the areas of mutual collaboration. The outcome of the workshop will benefit the students in Agriculture of University of Jaffna and farmers of Northern Province.
